Because the new guidelines required by the US Department of Education (USDE) concerning the collection of data and ethnicity for public schools,the following paperwork must be completed by you:TEA Questionnaire,Spurger ISD Registration,Census,and Emergency Procedure info sheet,Emergency Release form,Family Occupation Survey,Bilingual Education Survey,Nurse’s info sheet,Student Residency Questionnaire,Special Program Instruction sheet,Parent/Guardian info,and Science Class Safety sheet. These papers must be on file and current with this 2010-11school year.
Read over our free and reduced lunch program papers. If you have any questions regarding the prerequistes of this program,please call me. If you are not interested,you still need to write on the paperwork that you are not interested and sign your name.
Please read over the student code of conduct and student handbook.
Pay close attention to dress code,attendance policy,cell phone policy,and behavior expectations that Spurger ISD deems appropriate.
