Spurger ISD is proud to recognize Sarah Chappel as a recipient of the Captain Hook Award.
Sarah is known for her consistently positive attitude and her genuine love for working with and helping children. She goes above and beyond to support students, always bringing patience, encouragement, and kindness into everything she does. Her willingness to step in where needed and her heart for serving others make a meaningful difference on our campus each day.
Sarah currently teaches in the AG Building, where she continues to be a steady, caring presence for students. We are grateful for her dedication to our students and for the positive example she sets for our school community.
