
Mrs. Cooley's 2nd graders played a vocabulary matching game. They had a blast taking turns and picking different cards while learning the definitions to their vocabulary words.


Grandfriends Day will be September 12th. Times for lunch will be sent out at a later time.


Mrs. Huddleston's 4th Graders are learning about place value. Students helped complete math questions on the board during their lesson.

1st Grade decorated their names with all different colors and designs to be displayed in the hallway.


Mrs. Saulsbury's Kindergarten class is learning about letter "L" this week. Students were asked to bring items that start with letter "L" for show and tell.


5th and 6th Graders completed the STEM activity, Saving Fred. They enjoyed getting to save the gummy worm, Fred, by putting his life preserve, a gummy ring, around him.



3rd Graders completed a stem activity, Saving Fred. They are to use only a paper clip to save a hapless gummy worm named Fred who has managed to capsize his boat and lose his life preserve. Working together, students must rescue Fred, turn his boat right side up, and put on his life preserve, a gummy ring.


Pre-K used watercolors to paint their names.


Mrs. Fea gave her 2nd graders a 1st day gift! Students had free time to play with their puzzle game.


Happy 1st day of school!!! Thank you all for a successful drop off this morning! It has been a great day at the elementary. We look forward to seeing you in the morning. Remember, doors will open at 7:25 and tardy bell rings at 7:50.
